The verified SATs results are published at this time of year and yet again we have achieved very high levels in our SATS results. Surrey has around 230 primary schools and Wallace Fields Juniors came 20th in the whole borough of Surrey and higher than most local schools. This is obviously a wonderful achievement and we are very proud of the academic success we reach here.
The National Tests (SATs) are a culmination of four years teaching and learning that ensures the children meet their potential and in most cases exceed it. The results are a culmination of the hard work, support, challenge and enthusiasm driven into the curriculum in all year groups. Our curriculum is planned very carefully so that new concepts are revised in later years and deepened as they progress up through the school. We are very proud of the excellent academic success of the children, though we also like to celebrate our sporting and pastoral success as a school - and these are not recognised formally.
