SECOND HAND UNIFORM SALE – WEDNESDAY 23rd MARCH
Get summer-ready for school. On Wednesday 23rd March the PTA are holding a second hand uniform sale at school. Don’t forget your shopping bag and purse (they will accept cash and cards). If you could spare 30 minutes after school on Wednesday, the PTA would love your help manning the stall. If you are able to help please contact the PTA Co-chair Jade Dodd on jadetombs@yahoo.co.uk
HAPPY BAGS COLLECTION - THURSDAY 24th MARCH
How about doing a spring clean to help raise PTA funds. We have the next Happy Bags collection due on 24th March. Donate the following items: reusable clean & dry clothes, reusable clean paired shoes, fashion accessories, belts, jewellery, handbags/ bags, scarves, hats, small ornaments, gift box sets and console games. Please save any good quality unwanted school uniform for Wallace Fields Junior second hand sales. Your bags should be brought to school by 10am on the day. CIRCUS TICKETS GO ON SALE 6PM ON FRIDAY 25th MARCH
The family event that you are not going to want to miss out on is the Wallace Fields Infant and Junior School Circus which is being held on Tuesday 21st April 2022 with doors opening at 3.30pm. MOTHER’S DAY /SPECIAL PERSON POP UP SHOP ON FRIDAY 25th MARCH
Please make a payment of £3 per child in advance at www.pta-events.co.uk/wfjspta and all children will be able to purchase a gift for their mummy, granny, aunty or any other special person (of any gender).
EASTER EGG DESIGN COMPETITON – DEADLINE MONDAY 28th MARCH
The Easter Egg design competition was launched on Monday during assembly and teachers will be setting homework to design an Easter Egg. Entries should be handed in to their class teacher by Monday 28th March with a £2 suggested donation for the PTA. Class teachers will choose winners from each year group and they will win an egg-stravagent Easter surprise.
