Final details are as follows:
Wednesday 11th July
Due to the involvement of England in the Semi-final of the World Cup our performance on Wednesday 11th July will start promptly at 5pm. The cast will be staying on after school for a hot dog and chips tea. Choir will need to return at 4.30pm. If you are helping with make-up, please can you be in school at 3.30pm. The show is anticipated to finish at 6.30pm with no interval. The PTA will be selling bottles of water outside before the show starts for the audience. They will also be selling ice creams for £1 for waiting parents to buy for the children as they come out. All children must be collected from the playground, no one will be allowed to walk home. Children should bring in a water bottle.
Thursday 12th July
All children including choir - For Thursday's performance children should be in school for 6pm. The main gate will be open but the doors to the hall will remain shut until 6.45pm to keep the temperature down. If you are helping with make-up, please can you be in school at 6pm. There will be a PTA bar before and during the interval. The show should finish at 8.45pm and again please pick up from the playground. No children can walk home alone. Thursday the children may bring in a snack and a water bottle for the interval or a pound for an ice cream which the PTA will be selling during the interval.
The playground will be available as a car park.
