Well done to the children selected to represent Wallace Fields Junior School in the District Sports Field event on Monday 30th June 2025 at Stamford Green Primary School from 4pm to 5.30pm. We would like your child to compete in the following field events:
Please complete the Google form link sent in a previous email to give permission for your child to take part and confirm who will be taking and picking up your child. If your child is unable to compete, please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so that we can find a replacement.
The children will need their clean School PE kit and trainers, which they may wear to school for the day, their water bottle, a named sunhat and sun cream. In the event of persistent rain on the day, the School Office will email parents if the event is cancelled.
You will need to collect the competitor from WFJS at 3.15pm (siblings may also be taken at this earlier time (by prior arrangement with their class teacher) and transported to Stamford Green School (Chris Church Mount, Epsom KT19 8LU). There is limited parking at Stamford Green. Please find information attached regarding parking.
Please report to Mr Sellars on arrival and departure. All supporters are extremely welcome. Once your child has completed their three throws/jumps they are welcome to stay and cheer on the other competitors or they are free to go, but you MUST tell Mr Sellars that you are leaving. We are hoping to finish by 5.30pm.
