We are delighted to be able to take the whole school choir to sing carols outside Park View Café in Alexandra Park on Thursday 14th December. A number of members of staff will walk the children to the park after they have had an early lunch, aiming to arrive and start singing shortly after 12.45pm for around 20-30 minutes. It would be lovely if you could come and support us.
As we will be walking around 70 children, if you are planning to come and watch and wouldn’t mind accompanying us on the walk to and from school, some extra adult assistance would be much appreciated. (Please email the office).
Could we ask that on this day your child brings a warm, thick coat to school as well as a hat or festive headwear as we will be standing outside for up to half an hour. After the singing, we will walk the children back to school for the remainder of the afternoon’s lessons.
The café will be baking extra treats for this event, but unfortunately, as the children will be in our care, they will not be permitted to buy or eat food at this time.
We will be collecting for the All-weather pitch fund so if you have any spare change, donations would be very welcome.
