This is a reminder that we have an INSET day coming up when the school will be closed  -  Friday 24th May 2024. This is the day before the May half term holiday so children finish at the usual time on Thursday 23rd May 2024.

We can now confirm the dates of INSET for Wallace Fields Junior School, when the school will be shut to pupils;

  • Monday 2nd September 2024
  • Tuesday 3rd September 2024
  • The autumn term for the children starts on Wednesday 4th September 2024.
  • Monday 24th February 2025 (This is Wallace Fields Junior School for a whole school mid year review and review of the school development plan. Wallace Fields Infant School will be open).
  • Monday 21st July and Tuesday 22nd July 2025
  • The summer term for the children concludes 1.25pm/1.30pm on Friday 18th July 2024.
